Run the business

RundownOne text every morning. Everything that needs a decision.

Before the shop opens, the owner gets one message: what is late, what is stuck, what needs a signature, what to say to whom. Reply with a number. It is handled.

The problem it fixes

You walk in at seven and spend the first two hours finding out what went wrong yesterday. Which car slipped. Which supplement is still open. Which customer is angry. By the time you know, it is nine and you have not fixed anything. The Rundown flips that. You know before you walk in.

01

Late, stuck, needs you

Three sections, in that order. Cars past their promise date and why. Supplements, parts, and approvals that are aging. The handful of things only the owner can decide. Nothing else.

02

What to say to whom

Each item comes with the next step drafted. The text to the customer about the delay. The escalation to the adjuster. The note to the tech. Approve it from your phone and it goes.

03

Reply with a number

Reply 1 to move the delivery date. Reply 2 to send the escalation. Reply 3 to approve the deposit. The Rundown is a conversation, not a report.

04

Tuned to how you run

Set what time it arrives, what counts as late, what dollar amount needs your approval, and who else gets a version. The production manager gets the floor cut. The office manager gets the money cut.

How it works with CCC ONE

Sits on top. Never replaces.

The Rundown is built from RO status, promise dates, and supplement state read from CCC ONE, plus what Body Shop GM tracks on the floor and at the front desk. Nothing to enter twice. The full integration explainer →

FAQ

Rundown questions

What is the Rundown?

A daily text to the shop owner, sent before opening, listing what is late, what is stuck, and what needs a decision, each with the next step drafted.

What time does it arrive?

Whatever time you set. Most owners pick between 5:30 and 6:30 AM so they read it before they leave the house.

Can more than one person get it?

Yes. Each recipient gets a version cut to their role: production, front office, or the full owner view.

Is it just a report?

No. You reply to it. Numbered replies trigger actions: move a date, send a message, approve a deposit.

What if nothing is wrong?

You get a short message that says so, with the day's deliveries. Owners tell us that is their favorite version.

See Rundown run on your ROs.
