What each line means

  1. Late, with the reason and the fix

Late means past the firm delivery date on the Floor board. Each late car shows the stage it is in and why. The fix is a numbered reply: move the date and the customer gets a text in your voice.

  2. Stuck, in dollars

Stuck is anything aging past your threshold: supplements, parts, approvals. Dollar total so you know what it costs. Escalations are already drafted by The GM.

  3. Only what needs you

Money above your approval line, discounts, and customer commitments. Everything below the line already happened. Most days this section has one or two items.

  4. What got caught while you slept

Wins and context. Estimate Guard captures by estimator. Leads claimed. Program scorecard moves. Then the reply menu.

  5. You reply with a number

Reply 1 and the date moves, the customer is texted, and the board updates. The confirmation shows you exactly what was sent. Edit it if you want.

  6. It arrives when you say

Most owners set 6:00 to 6:30 AM. Production managers and office managers get their own cut at the same time.
